Following the appointment of Paula Sprentz to VP Communications and Marketing, we are updating the advertising and marketing approval process.  Going forward, all requests for approval of advertising and marketing materials should be sent to Paula Sprentz at psprentz@gpwealth.ca.  In turn, she will coordinate the review and approval process with the Compliance Department.

The role of the Marketing Department is to provide support and assistance with any type of communication or campaigns that you are interested in deploying, and to ensure adherence to our Brand Style Guide.  The marketing department can assist with copy (content), scripts, and any other ideas that you want to put into action.

The Marketing Department can work with you to develop something from start to finish or review what you have created.  A quick conversation with Paula Sprentz on Teams or Skype or by phone or email can get the ball rolling.

As mentioned in our recent Advisor Report, many of you have already sent out personalized digital communications to your clients utilizing CRM and we’ve heard that the responses have been very positive and well received.

Now more than ever is a significant opportunity for you to reach clients and prospects with timely information and messaging of reassurance.  Your clients are at home with time on their hands and will be very receptive to communication from you. The theme of your message can include a reminder of past crises and market recoveries; a call to action to review their portfolio with you or a discussion on the government assistance initiatives that have recently been put in place.

We have content available that you can customize to make it your own.  A meaningful message will forge and reinforce your relationship with your clients and we’re here to help make it easy to do.
