Recently, we initiated a review of our fax procedures to clarify which documents must be faxed to fund companies and to B2B Bank Dealer Services.

As you know, GP Wealth has electronic processing agreements in place with all fund companies that generally allows for most documents to be retained and not required to be faxed. While most account openings and transactions can be processed electronically, certain documents must still be faxed.

The document is broken down by each entity and lists all of the prescribed documents. You should be able to discern which documentation needs to be faxed, and in such cases, whether it is faxed by the Advisor or HO Advisor Services. In addition, we have included Frequently Asked Questions.
